Born in June, Phoebe is a gorgeous spotted tabby with sage green eyes. This sweet girl showed up at her foster’s doorstep, and her confident, sweet, and playful personality was immediately clear: Phoebe is friendly, outgoing, and affectionate. If you’re looking for a kitty that will snuggle up to you all night while purring like a V8, she might be the one for you! She’s still a baby with kitten energy and loves to play with her foster mom’s resident cats and she may do great with dogs too. She must have a furry friend to pal around with.
